“We recently had a wonderful one-night stay at the Electra Palace Hotel in Athens. The location was excellent, close to the Acropolis and within easy walking distance of fantastic shopping for traditional Greek gifts and clothing as well as traditional Greek restaurants. The views were amazing from the hotel, especially from the rooftop restaurant, which offers sweeping views of Athens and the Acropolis. The guest services team was outstanding, especially Sophia and Christina. They helped us by email and in person with private tours of Athens, transportation to and from the hotel, and securing day tickets to visit the Acropolis. One tip: don’t wait too long to buy Acropolis tickets, as they can sell out for day visits. We almost learned that the hard way. Between the location, the views, the rooftop restaurant, and the exceptional service, this was a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend!”

“This hotel was perfect! The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to several great places. The rooftop restaurant and bar were awesome and the staff was wonderful. The room was a suite with balcony overlooking the Acropolis. It was really beautiful and well appointed the little touches made it very special. We highly recommend this hotel and we are very picky when it comes to hotels. Loved it!”

“A Truly Wonderful Stay at Electra Palace Athens Our stay at the Electra Palace Athens was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Athens, with stunning views of the Acropolis that made every moment feel special. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every member of the team made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious food, and dining on the rooftop with the breathtaking view of the Acropolis was unforgettable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, luxurious, and friendly. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We could not have asked for a better experience and will treasure the memories of our time there. We highly recommend Electra Palace Athens to anyone visiting Athens and we cannot wait to return.”

“Great location beautiful hotel excellent service upscale the restaurant is wonderful the view of the Acropolis incredible if you decide to stay here get a room with a balcony overlooking the Acropolis you won't regret it. It's pricey but worth every bit of it. It's like living in today's world but being apart of the beginning of civilization with the Acropolis right above you especially at night absolutely incredible I can't say enough. Again it's pricey but it's worth the price you can pay that much to be in any City hotel and perhaps get a view but in Europe you get a lot of service They appreciate having you. And because we were leaving too early to have our breakfast that was included they gave us a boxed breakfast take to the airport in the morning it was delicious and plentiful.”

“Really disappointed with this stay. I stayed here for four days and paid around €3,000, which I honestly regret. I would not stay here again. The hotel is very central, and the lobby looks nice, but that’s unfortunately the only positive part of the experience. The rooms are extremely noisy — we woke up at least 10 times every night because you can hear absolutely everything. If someone coughs in the next room, you hear it clearly. The hotel is also not well maintained and definitely not worth the price. The furniture feels heavily used, the cleanliness standards were disappointing, and overall it did not feel hygienic. The rooms are also very small for what you pay. Even the bathroom was extremely tiny. My husband could barely move inside it, and one of us had to leave the bathroom for the other person to enter comfortably. For this price range, I would much rather stay slightly outside the city in a cleaner, quieter, and better-maintained hotel with proper service.”
