Barceló Margaritas Royal Level - Adults Only

“A really nice stay at the Barceló Margaritas royal level. The room had everything you need nice bathroom, bedroom etc. The facilities were fantastic the pool was really peaceful and the order drinks to your subbed from the app was really good as you didn’t need to leave the pool area. The grounds are really nice too and kept up together perfectly. The Food in the buffet was good a range of Spanish and international tastes. The al a carte el fuego restaurant was also very good specialising in Canarian/spanish grilled meats etc. The only thing I think could be improved is maybe some entertainment in the evening and more seats for relaxing with a drink at this time of day as there is only really the restaurant area to sit at. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and come back.”

“A fantastic holiday. Food was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpfull. Rooms spotlessly clean. Gardens looked fantastic. So what was wrong with this The only area that they have let themselves down was the walkways around the pool, by the restaurant and the decking areas. Pool areas, loads of cracked tiles, not repaired or badly done. Plastic decking by restaurant broken in about 10 places, very dangerous to their staff, saw them stumble a couple of times. Main decking, looked cheap and not enough supports as it was collapsing under usage. Barcelo you need to get this sorted.”

“Beautiful hotel, the Royal level benefits are amazing the best all inclusive experience you can have. Good food good drinks and branded snacks. The staff were a highlight, from the reception to lifeguards and everyone between. The restaurant and bar staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful too many to name but a special shoutout to Luisa & Karyna. The hotel was amazing but the fantastic staff make it special.”

“Located in Maspalomas - What can I say about this ADULT ONLY holiday at the beautiful Hotel Barceló Margaritas Royal Level in Gran Canaria? It was exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in their executive Junior Suite and it was lush!! The food was outstanding every single day, a high‑quality breakfast buffet, a delicious à la carte lunch, and an impressive evening buffet with so much choice and everything cooked to perfection. The facilities were just as impressive: a heated pool, extremely comfortable sun loungers, attentive poolside table service, and spotless rooms, restaurants, and pool areas. Everything felt calm, clean, and effortlessly premium and was all included in the all inclusive cost! A special mention has to go to the staff. They were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond for my wife’s 50th birthday, surprising us with a chilled bottle of champagne, a card, and a cake in our room, completely free of charge. It made the day unforgettable. We simply could find no fault at all! A truly fantastic stay! We can’t wait to most definitely return.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Five days was enough for me all inclusive. Food is fairly repetitive for me but still not bad.. service was outstanding from everyone, Luisa and Erik are glued in my brain but there were many more! No welcome drink for us at reception, we arrived quite late and staff weren’t very helpful. Didn’t realise we could use as much as the complex as we did, other holidaymakers basically gave us a tour and info. Short walk to everything (shops and bars etc) longer to the beach but not a problem for us. Our bathroom was very small for a junior suite I thought but our room in general and balcony was great. Gay pride week also, very eventful and fun! Recommend top floor on the end as a lot of noise from rooms around.. and the gardeners like to start early 🤦🏼‍♀️😅”
