“We are a couple of days into our stay and have had a lovely time so far. We are staying with our two children, aged 6 and 9, and it’s been a fantastic family holiday. There is a great selection of food at the international buffet, with plenty of options for both adults and children. Our kids have especially loved the children’s pool and the kids’ clubs. A special mention goes to Fran and also Miguel who work with the kids clubs. They were both wonderful with the children—friendly, engaging, and full of enthusiasm. It also happened to be our son’s birthday, and they made it extra special by singing him a birthday song. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really made his day. The kids entertainment in the evenings is also lovely! We have all had a wonderful time, and we’re looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay.”

“Absolutely amazing hotel. Never been to an all inclusive with such an amazing selection of drinks included. The cocktails were unreal and all the staff were lovely. The hotel had multiple pools and our favourite had to be the heated outside pool. For your information majority of the pools are salt water so you just need to watch your eyes however wasn't a massive issue. We rented a car and the hotel had plenty of parking which is completely free. We stayed in June and we always managed to find a space however during peak season it might become slightly harder. I highly recommend renting a car when staying here to explore the island as we would have missed out on so much without it. There is not too much around the hotel. Overall i highly recommend the hotel as we had a great time.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the kids’ club at the hotel! The entertainment team have been absolutely amazing so friendly, energetic, and genuinely caring. They made my child feel so welcome from day one and always had a great variety of fun activities to keep them entertained. It gave us parents a chance to relax knowing they were having such a fantastic time. Thank you for making our holiday so special we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend the kids’ club to other families! 💙☀️”

“1/5 – Disappointed on Multiple Fronts We stayed at the H10 Rubicón Collections for two nights and unfortunately left with more frustrations than fond memories. The most pressing issue was the air conditioning, which was completely non-functional for the entirety of our stay. What made it worse was the total lack of communication from management. No updates, no apology, nothing. We were just left to deal with the heat on our own. The drinks at the bar were genuinely hard to enjoy. Everything tasted overly sweet, almost syrupy, and felt far removed from what you’d expect at a resort like this. It got to the point where we stopped bothering. Housekeeping was another frustration. We called multiple times asking for extra towels and nothing ever showed up. It wasn’t until we physically went down to reception ourselves that anything got done. That really shouldn’t be necessary. The buffet was honestly one of the most disappointing parts of the trip. The variety was limited and the quality just wasn’t there. For a hotel at this price, we expected a lot more. If you’re only staying for two nights, don’t count on getting a restaurant reservation. By the time short stay guests arrive, everything is already booked up. It made the whole “inclusive” experience feel anything but. Even getting water was a hassle. Bottles were handed out on arrival and that was it. After that, you had to keep making trips back to whichever bar was nearest just to refill. It’s a small thing but it says a lot about how guest comfort is prioritized here. The location has its charms, but based on our experience we wouldn’t be returning or recommending it to others.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights in June. Firstly I would not go as far to say it was a 5 star I would say at most a 4 star as there is room for improvements. Positives - Oliver at the inclusive buffet restaurant was so helpful. As was all of the staff. - Room was spacious - Lots of pool / sunbed space. - Good Selection of drinks for all inclusive. Negatives - I felt the reception staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. Found ourselves having to explain many times - The room was clean but I wouldn’t say 5 star clean bathroom needed more cleaning. And slippers and robes should be provided as the floors got dirty quick - the pool bar food was shocking compared to other resorts I have stayed in. Really needs improvement. - hotel has a rule to not reserve sun loungers this needs enforcing - room service food charge is expensive when you’ve paid all inclusive - people smoking on balcony’s as well at a family hotel not great. - also buffet restaurant opens at 7pm and all the time the families were queuing because it’s too late for small children. Consider opening earlier Overall I wouldn’t say it’s 5 stars at all.”
