“Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and all the staff work so hard with the catering, cleaning and activities. Fantastic variety of food, the beach is really close by and the tennis court is great. I especially enjoyed the fitness classes with Diana (beach pilates, aquabike and tabata!) She has such a warm personality and makes everyone feel very welcome! Thank you also to our cleaner, Tania, who went above and beyond, even surprising us by making a little elephant out of towels and a pair of sunglasses! We had wonderful massages from Claudia and Anna - honestly the most relaxed I've ever been! There is such a calm and happy energy in the hotel - nothing feels too big of an ask. The hotel is definitely more aimed at family visitors, however we went as a couple and still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!!”

“Amazing hotel for parents with small kids. Everything was spotless clean. The food was very high quality with variability every day. The animation and possibilities for children were unbelievable - We have never been in a hotel like this. There is pretty much no chance of being bored in this resort. Only possible downside was the proximity to the beach (15 min walk) and that sun loungers on the beach were expensive to rent (however this is not to fault the hotel as the beach belongs to the council). Overall amazing experience and great memories for us and for our kids !”

“We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. Our 7-year-old and 4-year-old absolutely loved the pools, activities and entertainment. The food was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the accommodation and facilities were always clean. A really enjoyable family holiday and we would definitely return.”

“We had a wonderful holiday at Iberostar Waves Playa Park. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive – a special thank you goes to Franzi, who made our stay even more memorable with her warm and welcoming nature. The rooms are modern and very well equipped, the food is delicious and varied, and the location is just perfect – close to the beach and still very central. There are only a few small things that could be improved: • In the gym, two machines were out of order during our entire stay – regular maintenance would be helpful here. It would also be good to ensure that children don’t just enter the gym freely, as it’s not a playground. • The lifeguards at the pool are doing their job, but sometimes they can be a bit too strict, even when children are just playing normally – a bit more relaxation would make the atmosphere easier for families. • Depending on the room, it can get quite loud at times – either due to early morning deliveries or the evening entertainment. If you prefer peace and quiet, it’s better to book a room facing outwards, even if that means skipping the sea view. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely come back.
