“Such an amazing hotel. Fantastic customer service by all but a special mention goes to Bilal (Billy) at the Garden Pool and Osman at the main pool/water park. Always keeping drinks topped and making unique cocktail concoctions for us. Always happy to help and fantastic with the kids. Nothing was too much trouble! Hotel was always clean and fantastic staff. 24/7 al la carte was great and the selection at the buffet restaurant was phonemonial. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.”

“We (2 adults and our 15-month-old) have just returned from a one-week stay at Voyage Belek Golf & Spa and we really enjoyed it overall. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with plenty of entertainment throughout the resort. Tugi World was especially amazing — our little one absolutely loved it. The spa, gym, pools, bars, and communal areas were all very clean and well maintained. Food and drinks were good, and with the variety of restaurants available, there is definitely something for everyone. The staff deserve special mention — they were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for guests. The only negative for us was the overall guest atmosphere. The hotel’s main tourist population seemed to be Russian families, and unfortunately we found them to be rude, loud and disrespectful towards staff. We also experienced several issues in the children’s play areas, where our little boy was pushed multiple times and had toys taken or snatched from his hands by Russian children and parents didn’t even blink their eyes. Despite this, we still had a lovely holiday and the hotel itself is excellent, especially for families with young children.”

We would also like to thank Murat Keskin, Ökkes Tunckaya, and Emircan Erol for their friendliness and excellent service. “We had a wonderful vacation at Voyage Belek. Everything, including our room, was spotlessly clean. There were also plenty of fun activities, so we never felt bored. The Turkish baklava, the rest of the meals, and especially the alcoholic drinks were all of very high quality. We had dinner at the fish à la carte restaurant, and it was beyond perfect. We loved all the mezes and the fish—it was simply amazing. The service was excellent. All the staff were very polite and attentive. Special thanks to our assistant, Albina Hanım, who took care of everything with great attention and kindness. My another favourite spot was Coffee house. Coffee wasn’t that much perfect but ambiance felt very warm and cozy. Employees of that coffee house were so welcoming, Elif hanım was so cute! On the downside, I didn’t find the cakes as tasty as I expected. They looked delicious, but unfortunately, they weren’t. Most of them were mousse-based and tasted quite plain and not very flavorful. We were there in winter season. Overall, I felt very peaceful and happy during my stay at Voyage Belek.”

Beautiful green and well-maintained hotel grounds, delicious and varied food, especially the amazing cakes at Patisserie Cafe Lounge and aromatic coffee at Coffee House. The room was comfortable and had high-quality toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always smiling. A wonderful hotel with great service – I would happily return again!”
