“Our favourite place in the world. We have stayed here once a year with maybe the occasional year missed since 2003. We have been on our own, and with our children. This time it was just the two of us as a couple. The team here really are like perfect family members looking after everybody including what they need and really connecting at a person level. We feel we are treated very specially as we have been so many times and observe that actually new guests are treated equally well. Everything is done to a very high level, higher than is reasonable to expect even for a 5 star hotel.”

“Enjoyed our recent stay at the Belmond. Beautiful property in the cutest little town. We had a small issue with our luggage but Xavi went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We also really enjoyed our waitress Eva. She was so friendly and amazing. We ate lunch at the restaurant by the pool and I highly recommend the club sandwich. One of the best things I ate on my trip. Lots of special touches including a welcome bottle of wine and logo hats. Will definitely be back.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ We visited La Rezidenca today and it was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. The place looks decent at first glance, but everything falls apart when it comes to pricing and value. We paid €70 for just a water, a lemonade, and a cocktail — which is completely absurd and feels like a rip-off. There is absolutely no justification for these prices, neither in the quality of the drinks nor in the overall service. It honestly felt like a tourist trap, where customers are heavily overcharged without any real standards. The experience left a very bad impression, and we felt taken advantage of. For what we received, the pricing is disrespectful and unrealistic. We would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they are willing to be overcharged for basic drinks. Definitely not coming back. Trust me, people, don’t go there because they are scammers with manners. I’m speaking from experience. Dont belive everything what you see on instagram!”

“From start to finish you feel nothing but special. The staff are so attentive warm and such a pleasure. They know the local area so well and give you great suggestions of what to do but to be honest you could spend your entire holiday in the hotel and not be bored! The location is breathtaking and the rooms are amazing. The in house restaurants are perfect. Just go if you get the opportunity, you won’t regret it. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I can’t wait to go back.”
